At Auda Yarns we carefully prepare every order to ensure your yarns arrive safely and ready for your next project.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties.

For shipments outside the EU (if offered in the future), any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@audayarns.com

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
