At Auda Yarns we hope you will love every skein you receive. If, however, something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original labels and packaging

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at hello@audayarns.com. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, simply return your original item once approved and place a new order through our website.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

To qualify, the returned item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all labels and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@audayarns.com.
